Position: Staff EngineerReports To: Jim Turvaville, Corporate Director of EngineeringStation/Location: Corporate Offices, Colorado Springs, CO WAY-FM Media Group, Inc seeks a Staff Engineer to work out of the Corporate Office in Colorado Springs assisting the Corporate Director of Engineering, Western Regional Engineer and Information and Technology Director in projects and ongoing maintenance. This position requires approximately 20-25% travel to oversee and do hands-on projects on full-power stations, translators, and satellite uplink and downlink equipment. Experience in high and low power FM transmission systems, studio operations, satellite systems and computer automation is a must. SBE certification or educational equivalent is a plus.
